Laurent\u00a0 is an accomplished and high achieving International Business Director, with Board level expertise in non-food FMCG, a wholesale expert with key multi-channel awareness.<\/p>\n
He was born in the heart of France, the Loire Valley, but spent most of his professional life abroad, between planes turning him into a multilingual strategist and confident charismatic communicator. He is fluent in French, English, German and Spanish and has a working knowledge of Dutch, Italian, Russian and Chinese (Mandarin).<\/p>\n
He is very experienced in the set-up of profitable new businesses abroad under budget restrictions, including recruitment and motivational leadership. He has an effective team leadership, a sharp business acumen and has designed and implemented innovative commercial strategies throughout his career.<\/p>\n
Laurent founded \u201cHyphelios\u201d to support small to medium size companies in growing their exports with 30+ years of successfully delivering International strategies and leadership. He has pioneered brand subsidiaries abroad and increased results tenfold. His constant motivation is to deliver value and maximise results to any project he is involved with, having a strong track record of driving change and implementing sustainable performances across a large variety of environments throughout the world.<\/p>\n
His international developments made him integral to winning the most Prestigious International Queen\u2019s \u00a0Award three times (2012, 213 and 2016) as well as being listed twice in the Top200 best Exporting UK Companies by the Sunday Times (2012 and 2013) for his last employer.<\/p>\n

He graduated in management, finance, accounting and specialised in marketing and international trade.<\/p>\n
He is a past member of the European Outdoor Group and the Academy of Chief Executives (ACE) Directors Forum.<\/p>\n
